The minimum age limit for participating in The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series is 17 years in the year of competition, or on December 31, 2023.
Registration for The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series can only be done through the official website or through the link provided by the committee.
The registration deadline for The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series is 1st of February 2023, or when the registration quota has sold out.
In order to participate at The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series, riders in the following categories; namely Men Elite, Women Elite, Men Junior are required to register their UCI/ICF License.
To comply with Indonesian Government policy in preventing the spreading Covid-19 disease, participats of The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series are required to submit electronic or physical evidence of booster vaccination or the negative antigen test results during the race kit collection through the provided channel(s) depending on the policy.
Participats of The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series are required to possess valid health insurance on the competition date. If needed, the event committee is permited to ask participants for evidence of insurance policies. Should the participants unable to present valid health insurance the event committe will provide health insurance products
Any registration payments for The ICF Grand Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series cannot be cancelled and/or refunded under any circumstances, which include force majeure.
The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series permits a road bike with traditional frames. Other bikes (e.g. Recumbent bikes, prone bikes, MTB, and E-bikes) are not permitted for the event. Road bikes that have electric assistive devices and/or wheels are not permitted.
The bike tire width that is used for The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series event must not exceed a total of 30mm.
The minimum weight for the bike being used at The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series event is 6.8kg, excluding a bidon, bike computer, and bento box. Following committee policies, bike scrutiny will be conducted prior to and after the race.
Strictly drop bar handlebars are permitted at The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series event. Other additions and/or modifications made to the handlebars (e.g. Clip-on) are not permitted.
Participants of The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series are required to use a certified cycling helmet with an adjustable fastening mechanism (with a lock) during the ride. Helmets with physical defects (e.g. Cracks, damage to the fastening and/or lock functions) cannot be used during the ride. The committee is permitted to stop participants that do not use helmets or are using helmets that do not align with the policies. Participants are also required to wear helmets during the competition. Participants who intentionally remove their helmets during the competition will be immediately disqualified.
All participants are required to wear the official ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series jersey throughout the competition. Participants must ensure that they choose a jersey according to their body size.
Participants are required to use the race number assigned to them by the committee. This includes but is not limited to the bib number, bike tag, seat-post number, and helmet number.
All participants are encouraged to bring their own cycling equipment along with any additional spare tubes, pumps, and/or CO2 cylinders.

The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series will use a flying start. Participants will be required to start in accordance with the determined wave or peloton, based on their categories.
Start time for The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series will be 05:30 AM for all participants.
Participants who arrive late or exceed the time limit that has been specified will be directed to start with the last wave a peloton or peloton in accordance with the policies.
All participants must use the required equipment when entering the starting area, including the Bib number, helmet number, bicycle number, jersey, and helmet. The committee is permitted to refuse any attempted entrance of participants who enter the starting area without all the required equipment.
Participants of The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series are required to follow the route that has been determined by the committee, along with the direction of the marshal and jury along the route. Failure or inability to follow the determined route and/or not heeding the directions of the marshal and jury may result in disqualification.
Time limits will be appointed at various points along the determined route. Participants that fall behind the time limit will be evacuated via broom wagon to return to the race central. These participants will be declared not to have completed the race (DNF). Failure to comply can be the reason for refusing participant registration for upcoming ICF Gran Fondo events.
Cut off time for The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series will be 7 (seven) hours for all participants.
Drafting behind a motorized vehicle is strictly prohibited in The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series. Participants that are caught doing so will be given a verbal warning. Continuous failure to comply with this may result in disqualification.
Holding on to a moving motorized vehicle is strictly prohibited during the competition. Participants that fail to comply will be disqualified.
Using motorized vehicles during the race is strictly prohibited, with the exception that it is subject to the race time limit and declared DNF. Participants that fail to comply will be disqualified.
All participants must respect the marshal, committee, and competition judges. Any inappropriate behavior and word(s) directed towards any of the parties mentioned may result in disqualification and rejection in upcoming ICF Gran Fondo events.
Participants are not permitted to use personal support vehicles during the competition. Participants that fail to comply and use personal support vehicle(s) will be disqualified.
Participants will be able to receive medical assistance from the medical teams and ambulances that are available along the determined race route. Doctors and paramedics are also permitted to stop participants from continuing the race should they be medically unable to continue the competition.
Participants are prohibited from disposing of bidons/littering at the side of the road (outside of specified litter zones) as well as on the road. The race organizer will provide several litter zones situated every 30-40 kilometres throughout the route of the event.
Protests can be filed by filling out a protest submission form provided by the committee. The protest submitted will require proof strictly in the form of videos and a deposit of Rp. 1,000,000.
The deposit will not be returned or refunded if the protest is deemed to have a lack of evidence and therefore rejected.
Registered participants of The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series are the only people that are allowed to submit a protest.
Protests concerning the results of the competition are only applicable for a maximum of 30 minutes after the competition is over.
The committee reserves the right to shorten the route and/or stop the race in case of heavy rain or disaster that may affect the safety of participants. When the race is temporarily paused, the re-release process will be arranged based on the rider’s last position.
When a race is cancelled due to a natural disaster before the finish line, a no-contest is declared.
The registration fee for The ICF Gran Fondo – Jelajah Cycling Series is non-refundable if the competition was to be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the committee, which include, but are not limited to: Natural disasters, pandemics, riots, and demonstrations.
